Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: July 12, 2026
Our Commitment
VisionFrame is committed to ensuring our AI shot list and production board platform is accessible to everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We want every filmmaker to be able to plan their production with VisionFrame, regardless of ability.
Conformance Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our ongoing work includes keyboard operability across the application, screen-reader support, sufficient color contrast, visible focus indicators, and reduced-motion support.
Known Limitations
The production board is a freeform visual canvas, and we are actively expanding its keyboard and screen-reader support. Current known limitations we are working on:
- Rubber-band (marquee) multi-selection has no keyboard equivalent; keyboard users can instead select items one at a time with the Space key, and use Copy, Paste, Delete, and Undo shortcuts on the selection.
- Fine-grained reshaping of line and arrow elements (dragging curve control points) is not yet possible from the keyboard. Lines can still be selected, moved, and deleted with the keyboard.
If any of these limitations block your work, please contact us — we will help you accomplish the task and prioritize a fix.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of VisionFrame. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email us at support@visionframe.app with a description of the issue, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days.
Assessment and Ongoing Work
Accessibility is assessed through a combination of automated testing (axe-core in our continuous integration pipeline), manual keyboard testing, and screen-reader spot checks. This statement is reviewed and updated as our accessibility work progresses.
